- Moved Tools to /usr/share/3.10
- Removed pynche (its pypi version is newer)
- Moved libpython.py to the separate package
- Used %add_python3_import_path to exclude self-provides from python3-test dependencies
- Added shebang to some files from python3-tools and python3-module-gdb_libpython,
  made them executable to discard rpm-build-python
- Added patch to replace absolute import with relative ones.
