Description: 

This is the implementation of the PreferencePanes framework
(NSPreferencePane) as described in the Apple Documentation.

Inspiration for some of the panels comes from Jeff Teunissen's original
Preferences application (Backbone project:
http://www.nongnu.org/backbone/ ).
